A supertanker that sailed from Russia has docked at a port in Southampton with a cargo of crude oil for ExxonMobil.
The Seatribute is one of at least 148 tankers carrying oil and gas that have left Russian ports since the war in Ukraine began, according to shipping data gathered by Greenpeace.
The data recorded by MarineTraffic reveals that 69 tankers sailing from Russia are due to dock in European ports.
Another two tankers coming from Russian fossil fuel terminals, the CB Caribic and the Baltic Mariner, are due to arrive in the UK in coming weeks.

Russia shells Mariupol mosque where ‘dozens of people were sheltering’ from fighting

The Russian military has shelled a mosque sheltering more than 80 people in the city of Mariupol, Ukraine’s government has said.
“The mosque of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his wife Roxolana (Hurrem Sultan) in Mariupol was shelled by Russian invaders,” it said in a tweet.
“More than 80 adults and children are hiding there from the shelling, including citizens of Turkey.”

The availability of Big Macs in the Soviet Union was seen in 1990 as evidence that the west’s old cold war foe was turning its back on communism, but the past fortnight has rekindled memories of the bad old days. There were queues outside McDonald’s when it first opened in Moscow. Last week, Russians queued for one last burger before the pull-out began.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has heightened the risk of a nuclear conflict. What would a nuclear bomb blast look like for those on the ground, and what would happen in the aftermath? 
The answer depends, of course, on how many weapons are dropped. Russia and the United States have 90% of the world’s nuclear weapons, according to the Federation of American Scientists. Russia has 1,588 weapons deployed on intercontinental missiles, which have a range of at least 3,417 miles (5,500 kilometers) and heavy bomber bases, which host aircraft capable of carrying and dropping a nuclear payload, and the U.S. has 1,644 weapons poised in the same way. (The two countries also have another nearly 5,000 active bombs between them that are functional and simply awaiting launchers.) A full-scale nuclear war could easily represent an extinction event for humanity — not just because of the initial deaths but also because of the global cooling, so-called nuclear winter, that would follow.
Putin says Russia will emerge stronger, sanctions will rebound on West
(Reuters) – President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that sanctions imposed against Russia would rebound against the West, including in the form of higher food and energy prices, and Moscow would solve its problems and emerge stronger.
Putin said there had been no alternative to what Russia calls its special military operation in Ukraine and that Russia was not a country which could accept compromising its sovereignty for some sort of short-term economic gain.
“These sanctions would have been imposed in any case,” Putin told a meeting of the Russian government. “There are some questions, problems and difficulties but in the past we have overcome them and we will overcome them now.

Ukraine’s ambassador to the UK has downplayed claims of racism by black and Asian refugees fleeing the invasion, suggesting ‘problems’ could be solved by segregating them.
Speaking to a committee of MPs on Wednesday, Vadym Prystaiko appeared to admit people had suffered bigotry while trying to get on trains leaving Ukrainian cities.
But he blamed the ‘conflict’ on ‘young foreigners [being] prioritised over women and children of Ukrainian citizenship who are trying to get on the same trains’.

Comment I will say it again. Britain is racist against white refugees. They do not want well educated white people from Ukraine. It is farcical that the U.K Border Forces are slowly processing them and are worried about Russian terrorists sneaking through. Ukraine urged to take ‘humane’ approach as men try to flee war
The UN has urged Ukraine to take a “compassionate and humane” approach to the enforcement of martial law after reports of Ukrainian men defying orders to stay and attempting to cross into neighbouring countries to claim asylum.
Men of conscription age, aged 18 to 60, were banned from leaving Ukraine after the Russian invasion on 24 February but there have been multiple reports of men with Ukrainian citizenship trying to cross into Hungary, Poland and Romania. It is unclear how many have been allowed to pass.
The Ukrainian government is not forcing men to fight, only remain in the country, but there are fears of enforced conscription if the violence continues.

US dismisses Polish offer to provide fighter jets to Ukraine

The Pentagon has said Poland’s offer to give all of its MIG-29 fighter jets to the US so they can be passed to Ukraine is not “tenable”.
Spokesman John Kirby said the proposal to deliver the planes to the US Ramstein air base in Germany “raises serious concerns for the NATO alliance”.

Poland offers US all its MIG-29 fighter jets in plan to provide aircraft to Ukraine
Poland has agreed to hand over all of its MIG-29 fighter jets to a US airbase “immediately and free of charge” as part of a plan to provide aircraft to the Ukrainians.
Washington has been looking at a proposal under which Poland would supply Ukraine with Soviet-era fighters and in turn receive American F-16s to make up for their loss.

Mr Xi said the priority should be preventing the situation from spinning out of control.
The Chinese President made the comments on Tuesday at a virtual meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.

Comment As I and other learned voices keep saying, Russia is not the demon here. U.S and U.K led NATO have provoked this tragedy. The entire world is watching Russia target civilians in Ukraine and then lie about it, yet President Joe Biden now wants the public to trust Russia to help implement a nuclear deal with Iran, which, according to Washington Examiner reporting, is actively trying to assassinate Americans on U.S. soil.
An anonymous Department of Justice official revealed to the Washington Examiner that Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has been plotting to assassinate former national security adviser John Bolton here in the United States. This would not be the first time the Guard attempted a high-profile assassination on U.S. soil. In 2011, security officials disrupted a Guard plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador as he dined at Cafe Milano in Washington, D.C.

World population needs stabilising not constant movement. There is plenty of space in Africa.. The global elite adores mass migration and war as a source of cheap labour and obscene profit. If NATO wants to rule the world and find dragon like dictators to slay, it should start in Africa. It won’t because it is in partnership with them ( as with Poroshenko ) in order to steal the resources, sharing profits with them , pumping out more consumer garbage and Pollution.
If Africans – and the same goes for Latin America- had a share in their profitable resources, they wouldn’t migrate. As it stands, the time trusted nonsense of religion and dreams of western lifestyles is encouraged in order to placate them. BLM and bulls-it about slavery is the latest trick.
The elite always shift the blame. They provoked war in Ukraine. They always benefit from war. We are supposed to believe in multi culture, where transsexuals like me can be fitted into the LGBTQI box, with appropriate medication. I think it is absurd to sell sex changes as a cultural shift. If they are serious and not just trying to obsess idiots about sex, then they are saying the sexes live in different worlds. If they believe that, as feminism suggests, them that is pulling at the roots of human psyche – explaining why we have so many failing female led families, feral children, mental illness and suicide.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has joined with the United States’s “Five Eyes” partners to call upon the International Criminal Police Organization to end Russia’s access to Interpol databases as the Kremlin continues its Ukraine invasion.
Interpol, with its 194 global members, controls a vast quantity of law enforcement data and secure police communications that can be shared with its members, and the U.S., the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand — the five English-speaking member nations, or “eyes,” that comprise the intelligence-sharing alliance — are in agreement that the Russian government’s ability to use those tools must end.

Comment Zelensky won’t agree to these original requests. It is not what his boss Biden & Co and the U.K want. Hunter Biden made a fortune from the corrupt Ukrainian regime. It is ironic that the U.S want Venezuela to help make up for the Russian oil they have now banned. Food supply won’t be an issue for the U.S, but will be massive for U.K and Europe.

Pentagon estimates roughly 95% of Russian troops at border now in Ukraine
The Russian military is adding more of its troops staged at the border into Ukraine roughly 11 days into the invasion.

BBC, CNN and CBS on defensive as Putin signs ‘fake news’ law

Global media outlets have joined the BBC to suspend news reporting in Russia over fears of staff safety.
The decision comes after Moscow passed a law that appeared to “criminalise” journalism and threatened jail terms of up to 15 years for spreading “fake news”.
It an attempt to hit back in the information war, the Russian government also imposed fines for anyone calling for sanctions against Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.

Zelensky begs US for fighter jets and a Russian oil embargo

Ukraine needs an influx of fighter jets from NATO allies and an embargo on Russian oil, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told U.S. lawmakers on the heels of NATO’s refusal to impose a no-fly zone in Ukrainian skies.
Ukrainian fighters need the jets “because their [anti-aircraft defenses] got destroyed on day one,” a source familiar with the conversation told the Washington Examiner, adding that Zelensky also communicated during a virtual meeting with U.S. lawmakers Saturday morning that they “need an oil embargo on Russia.”

Comment I spent some years working a night shift in a grim warehouse with East Europeans and Russians. The Russians encouraged me to learn Russian and we talked in that language, with me buying a text book for study. I did the same with Polish. It is good mental exercise. French and German is not so difficult because English is those two languages mixed up, due to Anglo Saxons and Norman invasions.
It is nonsense to say we have had mass immigration from the African and Islamic world. Europeans have much in common, including appallingly violent and cruel leaders. That is animal life. Facility with language should enhance communication and understanding, but in my experience, including 18 years as a teacher and lecturer, too many English people have poor literacy and communication skills. So that limits their ability to think because they cannot categorise, retain and analyse information.
In the U.K and U.S, that comes in handy because the masses have to be morons. However, the games being played now, on top of 2 years Covid lockdown, may well have some interesting and unintended consequences.. I have found being seriously harassed by State police and thrown on the mercy of psychiatrists and psychologists must informative. Those , once close to me, who have fed their vested interest to police, will have forgotten that I studied for a post graduate diploma in psychology and had been accepted , on the basis of my success, for a masters.
I declined the latter, having formed the conclusion that I could never be as arrogant in my judgements as being a professional would require. But the more stupid people are, the more seriously they are taken and the more seriously they take themselves.
Step out of line to question the system, then out comes the DSM , the paranoid schizophrenic label and the drugs. That is what they are suggesting about Vladimir Putin, and it is all so very British. It comes as Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said western countries are involved in ‘economic banditry’ against Russia and that Moscow would respond.

The Russian leader was quoted by Reuters, as he also reinforced that his country has to defend Russian speakers in the eastern region of Ukraine, as well as its own interests.

Sanctions are so extreme that they are intended to cause misery, starvation social breakdown and riots in Russia, so as to get the western elite’s longed for regime change. The idea that threatening Putin with a war crime tribunal aggainst this background is seriusly asking for more trouble. If the gas gets turned off, and I would have done this by now, there will be immediate chaos in Europe, with energy prices ever higher, along with everything else dependent on transport.
On top of this, total moons are still demanding a no fly zone. Of course corrupt placeman Yelinsky wants this because otherwise he is screwed. As for financial markets, higher gas prices will screw the west and beyond. Putin can always do a Hitler and float a new state backed currency and start thinking self sufficiency. If any more elite idiots and morn lackeys argue with this, then we won’t be sleepwalking into World War Three, we will be rocket propelled.
As for war crimes, it is astonishing that the Anglo U.S elite can moralise on that given their conduct in Serbia, Iraq , Syria and Libya, not to mention their cronies in Saudi Arabia. There is also the not so small matter of Julian Assange, seeking asylum in the Ecuadorian Embassy, so the UK and U.S connived in Ecuador’s regime change to have him thrown out. It’s as if we are chronically unable to stop ourselves from being pushed down every slippery slope we happen across, even though we know what will happen once we reach the bottom.
That’s why we went from posting black squares on social media during the summer of 2020 to watching as minority-owned businesses were looted and burned to the ground, why “14 days to stop the spread” turned into two years of on-and-off COVID-19 restrictions, and why a well-meaning effort to hold Russia accountable for its invasion of Ukraine has led to Russian vodka being removed from grocery store shelves and Russian cats being banned from international competitions. We grasp on to any and every thing that seems morally significant with a fervor, and we fail to recognize that there is often a difference between what we believe to be just and what is prudent.

They could not wait to overthrow reforming Gorbachov , encouraging their stooge Yelstsin and the State asset strippers they now have the cheek to condemn. They knew exactly what they were doing , and why. They were recreating the USSR in their own image. That included a new Russian elite living in London and New York, flying private jets and cruising their yachts. No pleasures were denied them while former Soviet people’s lives descended into what we see now.
Back in 2014, before I came out as transsexual, I was in Limassol Cyprus with my then partner Jane Fletcher, who was half Greek. I had arrived after her , because of work commitments and was staying in another hotel. I had been tutoring her eldest son and we got on very well. He came to ask me to go for a drink with him. He took me to a club where private striptease was advertised. I cautioned him about the dangers of such places, having never been in a strip club in my entire life.
I could not stop him so we ended up on high bar stools looking at the greasy barman and another Greek cowering over a CCTV screen. The price was sky high, but I was earning a lot of money in trucking.
Behind us was a picture of darkness , except for the feint outline of a stage. We had hardly taken a sip when there was a very girly clatter of high heels on the floor , advancing in our direction. We turned to see four diminutive young and beautiful women in expensive and wonderful short dresses, high heels perfectly coordinated, excellent couture and make up. A cloud of expensive perfume preceded them.
A young blonde stepped very close to me, asking if I would buy her a drink. I said she was being rather forward and the drinks were rather expensive. Her silk glittering silver and blue mini dress covered thigh was being deliberately pressed close to me.
Her smile was practised. She attempted conversation and it was apparent she was Russian. She gave up on me, turning to my young friend more hopefully. Her space was filled by a very pretty girl wearing a yellow satin low cut top, black satin mini skirt and, high heels. As she pressed against me, it became obvious that she was wearing stockings and suspenders.
These young women were obviously on sale for sex. I am no prude, but this did not make me happy. These girls could have been my daughters. I suddenly realised what the grunting , banging and piercing orgasmic screams coming through the walls of my cheap hotel had been about, the night before. This club was just across the road from my hotel.
I made the same effort to discourage this girl with the long dark wavy hair. She too asked for a drink. I was too dumb it was just coloured water the girls took at a high punter paid for price to make them appear sociable and maybe tipsy. We chatted. She was naturally warm and friendly, but she seemed anxious about something.
She offered me a private striptease. I said, ‘You look beautiful with your clothes on and I couldn’t afford it. ‘ She said she would do it for free. I insisted there was no need. After that we talked of other things. I am an inveterate writer and journalist, even though the police insist that my entire life is a delusion and fantasy, with records to match. So I asked her where she came from. I could see she was all of 21. You should never ask a lady her age. She had escaped from Ukraine, where she had qualified as a primary school teacher.
Beneath my glamourous sexy exterior, I am really quite boring and caring – that of course does help me discover many truths about life. I found what she was telling me very sad. This was someone’s daughter, a baby to have been proud of , who parents would have nursed, spent precious money on for a happy childhood, and to have watched growing up. Why this ? She told me she feared for her family back home and hoped to make money for them. The man behind the bar cut in gruffly with ” 500 Euros for the girl for the night. “
If I had that sort of money, I would have taken her to dinner and let her have a night off, maybe she could have used my bed, while I sat up all night. But it would have done her no good. She would still have been trapped. When she asked me to visit the club next day, I had to tell her I was moving on. How do you help these girls escape the consequences of vile Anglo U.S elite regime change politics.
I have no time for egotistical feminist hate preachers who are simply bullies blaming ‘all white men for the world ‘s ills and crimes against women. The irony is that this horrible sex club was right next door to the police station on the main drag. Russia’s foreign intelligence director Sergei Naryshkin has claimed the west is trying to ‘cancel’ his country – alluding to cancel culture – after world powers imposed sanctions on Moscow following its invasion of Ukraine.
“The masks have been dropped. The west is not just trying to surround Russia with a new Iron Curtain,” he said. “We are talking about attempts to destroy our state — its ‘cancellation,’ as it is now customary to say in a ‘tolerant’ liberal-fascist environment.”
Comment The Anglo U.S led NATO have been working on this for the last 14 years, organising a coup to overthrow the democratically elected government. For the last 8 years Ukraine has been committing war crimes and killing innocent people. The OSCE declined to investigate the evidence or inspect the mass graves.
Biden is not going to talk to Vladimir Putin because he and his entourage are planning and hoping for a rebellion and Russian regime change. NATO could have stopped this, but cutting off Russia has is vital to NATO and NUKUS , along with the sort of regime change under Yeltsin which created the now vilified Oligarchs.
I was brought up with a black and white idea of wars being about good and bad, so joined the Air Training Corps, a feeder for the RAF. in 1963. We had shooting and flying lessons, did a lot of marching through town and attended camp. The Cold War needed to train kids like us. Short hair, shining boots and lots of square bashing were a way of life.
Later on , I embarked on my objective for pilot training in the Royal Navy’s Fleet Air Arm. I soon showed my doubts. I was asked if I could kill without question. That is what war on the ground comes down to. A mature friend of mine from those bygone years , Ken Burrows, told me what it was like fighting with a Guards tank regiment in 1944.
He had been without food for a week. Ken told me, ‘I saw a live chicken. My lips curled up, I heard myself snarling and was drooling. That was war. We were like animals. It didn’t matter why we were killing, we just had to do it.’ Ken went on to join the police in the days when they were worth respect and trust.
Britain has no claim to fairness, justice or democracy now. The Thatcher years finished that off when corrupt fortunes were made, two dubious wars were started to get votes, the police were militarised to beat down the miners and trade Unions ( an essential and historic component of developing democracy ) were castrated, and effectively abolished. The U.K elite mock Russian dictatorship , yet we are ruined if we go off message. Our dictators are far more sophisticated and dangerous. Just watch them talking amongst themselves in Parliament. The U.S and E.U are no better.
To argue that we have a free press in U.K or U.S.A is laughable. During the Cold War , Russia had two newspapers, Pravda and Isvestia , Truth and News. The grim Russian people joked ‘There is no news in the truth and no truth in the news.’ Reality is there is no difference in western corporate mainstream media NOW , it is just more long winded , over complicated and with lots of emotive images.

A week ago, Vladimir Putin seemed unstoppable. Russian troops had crossed into Ukraine in overwhelming numbers, and it seemed it was a matter of days until resistance was crushed.
The West looked powerless to do anything about it. The US and its allies failed to agree the unprecedented sanctions they had threatened, instead delivering a few limited measures against individual oligarchs and banks.
The courage of Volodymyr Zelensky and the Ukrainians was already clear, but they looked doomed to a hopeless last stand.

Comment More of the same. The western media never mentions not honouring Minsk, Ukraine’s war crimes in the Donbas , NATO plans to move into Ukraine and threaten . Navalny was part of this process. MI6 and CIA have been tireless in filtrating on the ground, in efforts to undermine Russia and waste its great culture and discipline. Drunken decadent west loving Yeltsin was supposed to have finished it off.

I am not sure who has been leading who in the Russo Ukraine prelude to World War Three, U.K or U.S – NUKUS. The U.K has years of class and related arrogance in leadership. The U.S jumps in feet first. The EU is just a posturing egotistical vainglorious crowd of idiots keen to forget the last two world wars and their empires.
Whatever, most people have no idea of the role NUKUS have for using Yelensky to conduct genocide on ethnic Russians in the Donbas because they won’t abandon their culture. This has been far worse than the Uighur Muslims plight because they haven’t been bombed in spite of their provocative dissidence.
This isn’t about freedom or democracy. It is more regime change which will make Russia a serious environmental additional hazard from exploitation and as overspill for Third population expansion. The two stories below are evidence enough that we are already in a world war. Putin has been prejudged a war criminal while Yelensky can bask in NUKUS elite exceptionalism. Sanctioning Russia’s oligarchs and wealthy businessmen likely won’t stop Russian President Vladimir Putin from continuing his invasion of Ukraine, according to analysts who argue that oligarchs hold little sway over the Kremlin strongman.
The Biden administration has announced sanctions against numerous Russian businessmen and billionaires, and White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Thursday that “one of the big factors is, of course, the proximity to President Putin. We want him to feel the squeeze, we want the people around him to feel the squeeze.”
“We are at war with Vladimir Putin. We are not at war with a bunch of oligarchs,” Dan Hoffman, the CIA’s former Moscow station chief, told the Washington Examiner. “If you’re upset that they made money and maybe they’re corrupt, well, OK, fine, then take all of your legal stuff and go deal with it from a legal perspective, but don’t be under any illusions that these guys are part of Vladimir Putin’s inner circle or that they can hold any sway over him — they can’t.”

Vladimir Putin said Moscow will destroy the “anti-Russia” created by the West as he insisted his invasion of Ukraine was going to plan.
The Russian president said in a televised address on Thursday that Kremlin forces were fighting against threats including nuclear weapons and claimed the assault on Ukraine was running on schedule.
He said: “The special military operation is proceeding strictly in line with the timetable. According to plan.
“All objectives that were set are being resolved successfully.”
Mr Putin’s comments seemed designed to rebut statements by Western governments and intelligence agencies that Russia’s campaign has stumbled in the face of logistical problems, tactical mistakes and fiercer-than-expected resistance from Ukraine.

Before Russian President Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine last Thursday, the European Union had never agreed to ban a nation from the SWIFT banking messaging system, Germany had not sent weapons to a conflict zone since World War II, and Switzerland had remained neutral since 1815.
That all changed last Thursday after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky joined a video call with EU leaders about to debate a new round of sanctions against Russia. If Europe “doesn’t help us today,” Zelensky said on the call, “if you do not strongly help Ukraine, then tomorrow, war will knock on your doors.”

Imran Khan strikes huge trade deal with Russia despite international outcry over war

prime minister Imran Khan has struck a deal to import natural gas from Russia – despite outcry over the invasion of Ukraine.
As countries impose sanctions and seek to isolate Vladimir Putin, Khan became the first leader to sign a new trade deal with Russia since the attack.
He said the pair had “great discussions” on his visit to Moscow last week, which took place as Putin launched the invasion.
They signed a bilateral agreement and Khan also agreed to import two million tons of wheat from Russia.

Russia continued its all-out assault on Ukraine Wednesday afternoon, capturing the strategically important port city of Kherson near the Black Sea and making it the first major Ukrainian city to fall.
Russian forces had circled the city, but after days of fighting and being severely outnumbered, Ukrainian soldiers retreated to the nearby city of Mykolaiv, the New York Times reported, citing the mayor of the city.
“There is no Ukrainian army here,” Kherson Mayor Ihor Kolykhaev said. “The city is surrounded.”
There had been uncertainty earlier about Kherson’s fate, with Russia claiming it had captured the city early Wednesday while the mayor said it remained under Ukrainian control. That changed by early afternoon.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has become a symbol of resistance to the Russian invasion that is widely considered to be the largest conventional military operation since World War II, a role he assumed not long after cracking jokes and acting on the big screen.
The 44-year-old former actor and comedian, who assumed office in May 2019, is now facing the biggest challenge of his relatively short political career. Many observers believe he has risen to the occasion.
“Pun intended, coming from a comedian, I think most people saw him as a clown when he was first elected, and to see him turning into Churchill with this resolute wartime leadership I think has impressed and inspired many,” Matt Kroenig, a former Defense official and current Georgetown University professor and Vandenberg Coalition advisory board member, told the Washington Examiner.

This is not such a stupid comparison as it might seem ,coming from old ‘sleepy Joe’ and the elite behind this regime change resource and money grabbing war the Anglo Americans provoked in the name of NATO.
Churchill was militarily incompetent. He was gung ho in South Africa putting those who rescued him at risk. He organised the insane Gallipoli campaign where the ANZACS were butchered by the Turks. Dunkirk was a resounding defeat , but Churchill tried to stop Gort’s retreat, pushing him into oblivion for disobeying his orders to be slaughtered. My father was wounded there.
Churchill negotiated the punitive Lend Lease because his party had appeased Hitler and run down defences. The strength of the diverse empire had the strength of a balloon skin. As Churchill’s son noted , ‘The British Empire was built on the cheap.’ Dividing and ruling people was crucial, which is an issue in Ukraine. Poor foreign policy and grovelling to the U.S alienated old friend and ally Japan IN 1939, driving them into the arms of Hitler.
More military incompetence under Churchill saw a quick surrender to inferior numbers of Japanese in Singapore, when Percival was surprised by an attack from the apparently impossible jungle . It was rather like the invasion of France, through the forest and round the famous Maginot Line which exiled King Edward VIII had toured and passed on details to his Nazi friends. These Percival types were the kind of men who led so many British soldiers to death in World War One, coming out over promoted and supremely arrogant.
There is no doubt that Churchill excelled at playing to the gallery, bombastic and melodramatic. Churchill had been an appalling Home Secretary and Chancellor between wars. He got the top job as always happens in this country. He was a bullsh-tter and it was easy to knife Chamberlain who was dying of cancer.
After the war he, as a condescending half British half American descendant of military aristocracy, wanted to destroy the Soviet Union with nuclear missiles. Many have compared him to Hitler. It is certainly the case that he was not keen on the offer of Jewish refugees. Jews were not the reason for Britain declaring war on Germany. It was money and expediency. They, along with France, fermented the poverty and resentment with their so called peace settlement. Ex soldier Hitler, holder of 2 Iron Crosses, was the front man for big German business that could get nowhere because of burdensome punitive reparations.
When Hitler’s Naziz took hold, the British elite encouraged it because they thought they could use it to ultimately destroy the Soviets and the communism that was feeding off of the great depression – when the rich were having fun while the poor starved, which was a great reward for World War One sacrifice.
U.K daytime TV is currently pumping out the wartime propaganda film dramas etc. Mainstream media is full of anti Russian propaganda. Led by the Biden administration, they know what their endgame is. The rest of it is about making it up as they go along. So it is anybody’s guess as to where this is leading, coming on top of Covid lockdown measures – which will have given a lot of planning time with the masses already on the edge of insanity and looking for new purpose to their messed up hopeless lives in recession.

Biden to release 30M more barrels from strategic oil reserve as prices climb

Satellite images show a Russian military convoy stretching more than 40 miles long near Ukraine’s capital.
Maxar Technologies, a space technology company based in Colorado, said Monday evening that the length of the convoy — consisting of armored vehicles, tanks, towed artillery, and other logistical vehicles — on the roadways north of Kyiv had grown substantially since observing it to be roughly 3.5 miles long Sunday and 17 miles earlier Monday, according to CNN.

Nato’s chief Jens Stoltenberg called on Russia to end the war in Ukraine and withdraw all its forces, adding the alliance would not send troops or combat jets to support Kyiv as it does not want to become part of the conflict.
“The Russian assault is totally unacceptable and it is enabled by Belarus,” Stoltenberg said on Tuesday after meeting Polish president Andrzej Duda.
“Nato is a defensive alliance, we do not seek conflict with Russia. Russia must immediately stop the war, pull all its forces from Ukraine and engage in good faith in diplomatic efforts,” he added.
UN should evict Russia, then implement no-fly zone in Ukraine

If Russian dictator Vladimir Putin continues to prosecute his self-chosen war in Ukraine, the United Nations ought to use its Article 42 powers to do a collective military intervention against Russian forces.
It can and should do so after implementing Ukraine’s suggestion to evict Russia from the U.N. Security Council, because the U.N. never officially authorized Russia to take the former Soviet Union’s permanent Security Council seat. Furthermore, as Russia is brazenly violating the U.N. Charter, it could and should be booted from the whole assembly, regardless. Without a veto from Russia, the U.N.’s collective security provisions can be activated and a no-fly zone enforced in order to keep Ukraine from being conquered.

Comment The lesson to be learned here is that globalisation has gone too far. There is no turning back. The dynamic will be elite greed and mass stupidity. The wealthy elite call the tune. The people of the Donbas do not matter to that elite.
The truth about the rise of Zeliensky does not matter. China’s Muslims matter to the elite because a moralising stick is needed to contain a China upon which Western consumerism depends. That dependency is mutual.
Forcing Russia out of the U.N and extending NATO to the point of encircling Russia tells us where this is going. Our elites won’t worry about the masses feeling the pain. We have to be culled every so often as in the last two World Wars. Russia’s young are protesting. They need western pleasure and dollars more than Europe s supposed to need Russian gas at the moment.
Ultimately only the the rich ruling classes’ culture matters. Putin will achieve nothing here except hIs own defeat and Russia’s. It is a pity because he has right on his side, much more so than the Anglo U.S led adventures in the Middle East where death tolls and war crimes do not matter, only jailing whistle-blowers like Manning and Assange does.

Ukraine invasion: Kosovo requests permanent US military base and Nato membership

Kosovo has asked the United States to establish a permanent military base in the country and speed up its integration into Nato after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
The United States has already 635 soldiers in the Balkan country to maintain the fragile peace as part of a Nato peacekeeping mission.
Kosovo’s Defence Minister Armend Mehaj said on Sunday: “Accelerating Kosovo’s membership in Nato and having a permanent base of American forces is an immediate need to guarantee peace, security and stability in the Western Balkans”.

Every table was taken, a few visitors were waiting in line for a vacant seat by the bar, chatting about the latest news. The conversations circled around the unexpected crises, violence in Ukraine and unpredictable future. People complained about giant long lines to banks, no money in ATMs, authorities blocking Facebook and Russian soldiers dying in Ukraine. The spoilt Russian elite was trying to figure out the rules for the new reality.

Taking this story at face value, Russia and ultimately China might as well give up and accept the ruinous western elite policies that will continue to rape the earth for profitable resources, stoke up religion, ignorance and WOKE bigotry with consequent mass BAME overpopulation. Pollution, war disease famine and ecological collapse.

What my Auntie, who fled the Russians in 1944, taught me of war and refugees
The losses and shock inflicted on my family feel strikingly similar to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the impact it is already having on the country’s people.
“I was born at the beginning of the Second World War and I will die at the beginning of the third”. These are the words of my grandmother’s sister, or, as I call her, Auntie.
My grandmother, who raised me, died 12 years ago. I was too young then to realise I was the granddaughter of a child refugee who fled when the Russians invaded Basarabia in 1944 – a region which now sprawls across two-thirds of modern-day Moldova and into Ukraine.
The losses and shock inflicted on my family feel strikingly similar to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, and the impact it is already having on that country’s people.
And, with her being among the last people alive to know what happened, I feel compelled to call her and find out what happened in a chapter of my family’s life which I hoped had been consigned to history.

Lawyer Olivier Dorgans, a specialist in economic sanctions, claims the sanctions will not necessarily have an immediate effect on the Russian economy. Speaking on French TV network Public Sénat, he said the sanctions could, however, have a “significant impact for French companies”.
Referring to “oil and gas shale in Russia” Mr Dorgans, who is also a member of the Ashurst firm, noted: “Because even if imports and exports are relatively low figures, there have been considerable investments made by French players in Russia, even if they were paused in 2014.”

France seizes cargo vessel targeted by US sanctions on Russia

France on Saturday seized a car cargo ship in the English Channel that Washington says was linked to the son of a former Russian spy chief, in one of the first visible displays of the West enforcing sanctions on Moscow over its Ukraine invasion.
The “Baltic Leader” was headed for St. Petersburg but was diverted to the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer in northern France between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. (0200-0300 GMT), Captain Veronique Magnin of the French Maritime Prefecture told Reuters.

Either Putin gives up and walks away or Russia is up for grabs by the western elite. That elite has exploited Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Indian sub continent and China. Apparently the war is costing £2 – 3 billion a day and they are running out of arms. Well, how much is the ongoing Syria war costing ? Why did the most successful economy in Africa, Libya, have to be bombed out of existence ? That and so much more is because our elites do not want an enlightened politically stable third world. It wants religious bigotry, friendly tyrants and an exodus of cheap labour migrants claiming to be refugees.
These people are short termists. They don’t care about wars, diseases and famine culling the masses who are deliberately divided and ruled by bulls-it about diversity and multi culture. In Ukraine, the elite are trying to draw the Russians into urban warfare where they can condemn them for war crimes. Ukraine have sited powerful weaponry in residential areas, including children’s playgrounds.
He has powerful western media, like the BBC, ready to give him the headlines’ to suck in more NATO and EU support. China has abstained from voting on a UN Security Council draft resolution telling Moscow to stop attacking Ukraine and withdraw all troops immediately.
Russia vetoed the draft resolution while India and the United Arab Emirates also abstained from the vote on the US-drafted text.
The remaining 11 council members voted in favour.
China’s move is seen as a win for western countries who want to show Russia as being isolated internationally.

A former head of the European Council says Germany and Italy have “disgraced themselves” after blocking tough sanctions against Russia.
The EU hailed a 2am agreement on a “massive” package of measures in punishment for the Ukraine invasion, including a freeze on assets and a block on Russian banks’ access to European financial markets.
But there is an exemption for Moscow’s main source of revenue – energy exports – which means its banks will still enjoy lucrative revenues from gas and oil sales.
Comment This kind of sanctimonious moralising should have no place in modern politics, let alone on the subject of Russia responding to Ukraine and NATO’s provocation. If this attitude to Ukrain’e genocide in the Donbas is OK, then can the WOKE Liberals ( sic ) please shut up about Uyghur Muslims who are threat to China because of severe cultural differences. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has told Ukrainian troops “you are all we have” as he accused European countries of not doing enough to stop the Russian invasion.
He said the Russian attack in Ukraine was like a repeat of the Second World War and called on European citizens to protest to force their governments to act more quickly and forcefully.

The UK has said it will work “all day” to persuade fellow European states to cut Russia off from the international Swift payment system.
The UK defence secretary, Ben Wallace, ended the pretence that Britain was not at odds with its fellow European leaders over the issue. He said there was still time for Russia to be excluded, and the foreign secretary, Liz Truss, said: “The UK is working with allies to exclude Russia from the Swift financial system.”

We’re in the dark times now. That clenched, anxious knot in your stomach as you read the news, the gnawing intensity of living through history, of seeing it happen in front of you, with no idea at all what will happen next.
World War Three has never been more likely than it is this morning. That sounds hysterical, but it is a mere statement of fact. Since the fall of the Soviet Union, we’ve experienced only regional or country-specific conflagrations. Now we’re seeing the great military power-block structure rear into view against a nuclear enemy. Nato versus Russia. The sentence we never want to write, suddenly pertinent again.
Vladimir Putin’s behaviour this week showed a man who was not fully in control of his emotions, who is fired up by personal destiny, driven insane by a degenerate sense of invented historic mission. The costs don’t matter to him anymore. Either through madness or overconfidence, he simply does not recognise the disadvantages of his position.

Talking of guerrilla warfare is ludicrous considering the west has been backing Zelenskyy for the last 8 years without counting the dead women , children and men. As for bloodshed, take a look at the Middle East. Take a look at gas prices which Biden has told people they must live with along with more expensive oil pushing up the cost of living – impoverishing the masses while enriching a minority. Look at the profits of BAE systems as just one example of the profits of this sanctimonious money making killing machine. Look at Saudi Arabia and the wider carnage of western back murder in the Middle East. The western elite has no morality beyond sexual hypocrisy and politically correct rainbow hogwash. I was expected to shut up and join the LGBTQI coral.
The Anglo Americans have always been brilliant at manipulating the masses with escapism into religion as prelude to death. Western ruling elites are vile hypocrites. I have been on the receiving end of the vile British police state for the last 14 years who insisted I take anti psychotic drugs as a condition of my sex change and ongoing medication. I have recently been told in writing that I cannot see secret health and police records on me without a court order.
That is the west for you. My vital medication has been cut off because I won’t accept being diagnosed bi polar schizophrenic deluded and paranoid – a diagnosis made in less than one hour by a psychiatrist turning up at my house with a burly black male nurse and medical student at 12.30 , threatening me with the madhouse, after I had done a long truck driving shift, having started at midnight.
Meanwhile my youngest son has been sectioned to the same mental hospital. Strenuous efforts are now again being made to jail or section me. That is the reality of western style democracy. I would certainly defect to Russia given the chance, so would my eldest son. I don’t mind cold weather and do not need luxuries to deal with the truth. I have worked on freezing cold construction sites and spent 12 years truck driving in all weathers, not to mention the harsh training of my athletics and cross country running days. I am also a pretty well accomplished academic. As Karl Marx wrote, ‘Physical pain is the only relief to mental pain.’

Johnson joins world leaders in condemning Russia for choosing ‘path of bloodshed and destruction’
Boris Johnson has accused Vladimir Putin of choosing a “path of bloodshed and destruction” after explosions were heard in Ukrainian cities.
The prime minister said the UK and its allies will respond “decisively”, adding that he was “appalled by the horrific events” in Ukraine.
Mr Johnson has spoken to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the country’s president, to discuss “next steps”.

I made a lot of money and paid for a substantial home and land in toffee nosed Buckinghamshire. Starting in poverty with my ex solider truck driving father, who used to cycle to the brickyard in all weathers, dead by the age of 41, it was a difficult start. However, hard work, physical and intellectual never bothered me.
To help my mother, I did two paper rounds in the morning before school then worked on the farm at night. I also found time to train for my athletic club, was a County athlete and running 100 miles a week at university, which I also represented abroad. I went to a snobbish elite university , working all of my 20 week vacations on major construction and road building sites – dangerous but well paid jobs.
In so doing , I bought my mother a house when I was 20. All the time, I made notes , read widely, including Russian literature, with the intention of becoming a published author. When corrupt police set out to ruin me professionally in 2008, I turned to old friends who helped me return full time to what had been my truck driving hobby job.
So here I am now, in what I expect to be the final year of my life, aged near 72,, blocked from sex change surgery for the last 3 years, by the British police state because I won’t accept being psychotic and needing powerful drugs. I am supposed to accept being a deluded bi polar paranoid schizophrenic.
My gender reassignment medication has also been stopped and I am told, in writing, that I can only see the secret records if I obtain a court order. That is British democracy , now pompously pontificating about Russian bloodshed and destruction. The fact that Russia has been forced into Ukraine after 8 years of Donbas Russians being bombed by NAATO backed forces, is not supposed to be known – which is why they want to shut down RT.
As much as my womanhood may be important to me, it is not more important than being a seeker after truth, as an old MI6 friend once told me.
As a youngster I saw nothing sinister being ordered to sign the Official Secrets Act for Government Service. My late mother was proud to have done the same during her work in 1940. I was brought up to believe in my country.
Now with so much rank hypocrisy I have totally lost faith. It is an established truth that the United States and Britain attacked their old friend Hussein in the first Gulf War because he broke OPEC price fixing. Canada unfreezes bank accounts linked to ‘Freedom Convoy’

Canadian authorities have lifted freezes on hundreds of bank accounts belonging to “Freedom Convoy” protesters and their supporters eight days after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau gave his government the go-ahead to target demonstrators who had camped out in the country’s capital for three weeks.
Authorities had also seized the bank accounts associated with protest organizers as well as any business tied to the blockade of truckers upset over COVID-19 restrictions.
Isabelle Jacques, as assistant deputy minister in Canada’s Department of Finance, told a House of Commons committee on Tuesday that the banks had begun unlocking accounts.
“The vast majority of assets are in the process of being unfrozen,” she said.

It is difficult right now to see quite how the next few weeks will pan out in the Ukraine crisis, certainly at a military and diplomatic level, but also in terms of economics and finance. We can’t be sure what action Russian President Vladimir Putin will take next, but there are some things that can be said with confidence, and the best starting point is the effectiveness of economic and financial sanctions on Russia.
I am writing from Washington DC and the first point to make is that these actions are being led by America. The policy of a measured response, starting with the limited actions already taken but ramping up further if necessary, is President Joe Biden’s. Europe and the UK are essentially falling in line with US policy. The US administration expects Russia to press on with an invasion, and if that proves right, tougher measures will come.

My book ‘More 0f Milton Keynes Building On The Vision’ ( Still in Print ) was published in 2003. I was one of the new city’s original construction workers and regarded as an expert on the subject.
I was chosen for selection as a prospective Liberal Democrat MP in 1997 , having abandoned the Conservative Party when Margaret Thatcher turned the Conservatives into a National Socialist Party – as Blair went on to do the same with Labour and Sir Kier Starmer has continued to do following a brief interval of hope under Jeremy Corbyn.
I dropped out of politics when I realised that being an MP was all about image over substance, presentation coming before truth. Although I realised that I was transsexual, I had no time for identity politics. It is only hate crime against myself, including parties I can’t mention as well as police at senior level, that has made me aware that hate crime originates at high level, but the real issue is the cancer of corruption before gender – or race. Institutional corruption is the British norm , but highly sophisticated in this country.
Hence we have the vile profit driven British elite attitude supported by the moronic masses, to Russia’s efforts to protect its ethnic cousins in the Donbas region of an area now labelled the nation of Ukraine. Ukraine was never a country. it was a convenience. Crimea was never a part of this convenience. It is a territory ruled by a a former comedian and his henchman. His government is the result of a western coup and a puppet regime.
This is of no concern to the Anglo U.S NUKUS elite ( aka NATO ). NORDSTREAM 2 was a NUKUS target from the moment the U.K and U.S fake democrat wealthy elite got Biden elected. They want Eastern Europe and Russia opened up to the Third World and Islamic surplus population and anyone who argues is a racist. Their attitude and intent makes a mockery of pretence to concern for climate change. Prince Andrew’s shamless hedonism is symbolic of their mindset. In the words of the old Music Hall song ‘It’s the rich what gets the pleasure, it’s the poor what gets the blame.’
Britain’s elite made the 1914 Balkan crisis a World War. I lectured on that subject at Aylesbury College in the early 1980s. My interpretation of events led moronic young students to complain because they had been brought up on British bullshit. Germany’s working people were blamed for that first world war, caused by three of Queen Victoria’s nephews and their political parasite governments. Young white men were sent to kill one another for these vile people whose descendants still wield power, with all their lackeys.
So now we see the great nation of Germany manipulated again by these parasites into some idiotic sabre rattling over the worthless Ukrainian fascist government who have been waging genocide war against the Donbas people for the last 8 years because they will not accept the Minsk agreement. The hypocritical world of top flight professional politics sickens me. Here in Britain we have a puffed up retired British army officer , Ben Wallace as War Minister, posturing about fighting a war against Russia.
I had a brief encounter with this kind of public school officer class twit in the early 1970s when I offered myself up for a commission in the Royal Navy. Ghastly people, but I had been deluded by all that early post war jingoism. I actually thought this country worth dying for. Now aged nearly 72, I am just dying to get out of it and off the planet. I will no doubt be long gone within the next 8 years.
The only reason I hang on is out of concern for my eldest son and the other son who has been put in the madhouse by the State – a restraining order prevents me from saying more on that subject because I too am facing the madhouse or serious jail time. A Russian government official has warned that Europeans could now face sky-high prices for gas after Germany announced that the certification of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline would be suspended.
“Welcome to the brave new world where Europeans are very soon going to pay €2.000 for 1.000 cubic meters of natural gas,” Dmitry Medvedev, who was Russia’s president between 2008 and 2012 and is now deputy chair of the security council of the Russian Federation, wrote on Twitter.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz took a strong stance against Moscow on Tuesday by announcing that the certification for Nord Stream 2, its pipeline to Germany, would be halted.

Katya Adler, the BBC’s Europe editor, said on Tuesday that as France holds the rotating EU presidency, Paris will take the lead on EU measures against Moscow. She tweeted: “Brussels insiders say there will be huge pressure from EU and US on any member state that might drag its heels.
“Focus today is also on diplomacy. And the what happens next. France holds the rotating EU presidency and is taking the lead.
“As for EU heavyweight Germany, the absence of Angela Merkel at the helm – well-versed in international crises – is noted privately in Brussels circles.”
The comment led some to suggest France would put pressure on Germany to back EU sanctions sparked by the escalating crisis in Ukraine. Any package would have to be endorsed unanimously by the EU’s 27 member states.

Putin stunned the world this week after officially recognising rebel-held territories in eastern Ukraine – Donetsk and Luhansk – as independent states. Shortly after his announcement, he ordered troops to “maintain peace” in the regions, the US responding by announcing financial sanctions against the rebel territories and warning that more were ready if necessary. It came just a day after Mr Macron orchestrated a potential summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Joe Biden.
It was believed that the leaders had agreed in principle to communicate with each other amid escalating tensions.
The Élysée Palace put out a statement on Sunday evening following last-minute diplomatic efforts by the French president to try to dissuade Russia from invading Ukraine.

Western powers imposed fresh sanctions on Russia as last night Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered Russian troops into Donetsk and Luhansk in Ukraine after declaring them as independent entities. Russian military vehicles have been spotted rolling into the Ukrainian city of Donetsk shortly after Mr Putin ordered troops to conduct a “peacekeeping mission”, reports claim.
Amid the sanctions imposed by the US and UK, German chancellor Olaf Scholz ordered the withdrawal of a key document needed for certification of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline.
The pipeline would have sent Russian gas to Germany, bypassing Ukraine and Poland on the route through the Baltic Sea.

Let’s start at the beginning. When the Romans left Britain to defend a decadent failing empire, the Anglo Saxons moved in. These Germans, from whom I am descended, never numbered more than 20% of the population. Their Norman cousins arrived in 1066, so we have English, a mixture of German and French, both of which I speak because they are the same. The English elite & minions also speak HYPOCRISY and founded the political system called, by me, HYPOCRACY.
I have taught many subjects, including A level Political history to brainwashed zombies at Aylesbury College of Further Education in the early 1980s. British people do not know their own history because the elite does not want them to. Nowadays they are being fed drivel about BLM, race and gender, but no mention of class, wealth and real power.
I was also a maths teacher and should have stayed in the world of maths and physics which I loved as a schoolboy. My father’s exploitation and horrible death changed my life course. The maths of BLM and political correctness do not add up. Blaming white working class men for slavery and empire is sickening.
Britain’s elite and powerful black and Arab Imperial cronies caused two world wars. Japan, a World War one ally was dragged into World War Two by Britain’s elite treachery as they toadied to the United States equally corrupt offspring for help destroying their upstart inbred elite German rival. It had nothing to do with saving Jews , a people they still treat with contempt outside the banking world.
Britain made the 1914 Balkans conflict a world war because Germany was a perceived threat to Britain’s elite empire. Otherwise it was simply an issue between two first cousins, the idiot Tsar Nicholas II and the vainglorious posturing fool Kaiser Wilhelm II, both not so illustrious nephews of the fecund queen Victoria of Britain’s Empire. ‘That would be illegal!’ Furious Tory MP hits out at ‘Russia-linked donations’

The Labour Party recently accused the Tory Party of taking money from Russia linked donors. Analysis of Electoral Commission logs, conducted by the Labour Party, suggested donors with Russian business links have given £1.93 million to either the Conservative party or individual constituency associations since Boris Johnson became Prime Minister in July 2019.
But Mr Harper, MP for Forest of Dean, denied that the party had taken money from Russian donors, saying: “There haven’t been any Russian donations to the Conservative party because we don’t take money from foreign donors.
“That would be illegal.”

Anyone who saw his bizarre and rambling performance on Monday, leading a “meeting” of his security council, sat 20 yards from his throne, would conclude that two decades in charge of a mafia state have left the Russian leader drunk on power and devoid of access to vital constructive criticism. Why else would he have televised a “three-hour conversation with himself”, as Ukraine’s ambassador to London put it.

Germany stops Nord Stream 2 certification following Russia’s Ukraine escalation

Germany has suspended the certification process for the Nord Stream 2 pipeline following Russia’s move Monday into Ukrainian territories, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced.
“With regard to the latest developments, we need to reassess the situation also with regard to Nord Stream 2. It sounds very technocratic, but it is the necessary administrative step in order to stop certification of the pipeline,” Scholz said in Berlin on Tuesday.
Comment Germany was never going to be allowed to sign off on Nordstream 2 unless Russia cowered and accepted regime change. The US and the UK have led the condemnation of Russia after Vladimir Putin has declared he recognises the independence of two separatist-held regions in eastern Ukraine – and was sending in “peacekeeping” troops.
At an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council, chaired by Russia, US Ambassador to the United Nations, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, said “the consequences of Russia’s actions will be dire – across Ukraine, Europe and the globe”.

The UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting Monday night after Russian President Vladimir Putin recognised the independence of separatist regions in eastern Ukraine and ordered Russian troops to “maintain the peace” there.
The announcement came as Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told his nation “we are not afraid of anyone” in response to the Russian move.
The UN Security Council meeting is being organised at the request of Ukraine, the United States and six other countries.
Russia, which currently holds the rotating council presidency, has scheduled it for 9pm New York time (2.00am Tuesday GMT). It has not yet been determined if the meeting will be open or closed.

BLM activist charged in murder attempt of Jewish mayoral candidate

Louisville police have charged Quintez Brown, a local political activist, in a shooting attack on Craig Greenberg, a Jewish Democrat running for mayor.
Brown, 21, has been prominent in the city’s civil rights activism, including Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, and previously worked for the Louisville Courier Journal. He had recently announced a run for the city’s municipal council.
Police said he was charged Tuesday with attempted murder and four counts of wanton endangerment in his alleged shooting attack in Greenberg’s downtown office.

Heavily redacted bodycam videos from the West Terrace tunnel on Jan. 6, 2021, provide a glimpse into conditions at the time Rosanne Boyland lay unconscious—including the sound of her being beaten with a large wooden stick by police.
Several bodycam videos obtained by The Epoch Times have much of the screen blurred out by authorities, but key audio and video clues back up witness statements and other videos previously released by the U.S. Department of Justice.
A 39-second video clip from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department shows the gloved hand of Officer Lila Morris picking up a long stick that was lying alongside an unconscious Rosanne Boyland, and then striking the prone woman multiple times. The sound of the stick making contact with Boyland’s body is clearly audible.

Trudeau’s latest power-crazed move
This isn’t a fight against a virus anymore, it’s a fight for freedom
The Canadian Federal government has invoked the Emergencies Act for the first time ever, for what we were told only recently is a “fringe minority” of protestors.
Trudeau’s language has been carefully nationalistic and his style contained while discussing the protestors. He repeatedly makes appeals for the “safety” of all Canadians. His case sounds reasonable:
“Individuals are trying to blockade our economy, our democracy, and our fellow citizens’ daily lives,” he said. “It has to stop.”
But the pursuit of safety can become a danger when it leads an alarmed populace to acquiesce to increasingly strong-arm government.
The language used by Trudeau also subverts ideas that would typically appeal to liberals. He has declared the protestors to be “anti-vaxxers”, “racist” and “misogynist”. They are bad people, and therefore we should stand against them.
Unfortunately for Trudeau – although fortunately for the reputations of the freedom convoy truckers – the cat was out of the bag when we saw footage of protestors of all ethnicities, peacefully singing and dancing in the streets. Even Joël Lightbound, a member of Trudeau’s same party, has accused the prime minister of trying “to divide and to stigmatise” the unvaccinated.
I suspect Trudeau may even have welcomed a little violence to justify a strong dispersement of this protest, but it has remained remarkably peaceable.
Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said that banks and financial institutions would be able to freeze the bank accounts of anyone linked with the protests without any need for a court order. The truckers’ insurance licenses can be revoked. The police will have new powers to fine and imprison protestors.
Freeland said they were broadening Canada’s “Terrorist Financing” rules to cover cryptocurrencies and crowdfunding platforms as part of the effort. Well, naturally. Imagine being able to bypass fiduciary totalitarianism – must put a stop to that!
This should be a huge wake up call to people. If western liberal democracies (in the case of Canada, I use this term more lightly than I would like at the moment) go down the route of programmable central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), governments will be able to swiftly switch off access to money, or specific products and services, if they do not like your behaviour. Here in the UK, the Treasury and the Bank of England are exploring a potential UK CBDC, and identity-based programmable money is under consideration. As I have already written, all that glitters is not gold. Add to this the subjective complexities of defining terrorism and the problem is self-evident.
Shutting down protest and blanket defunding a large group of protestors is a bad look for liberalism. The Canadian Civil Liberties Association said in a statement that the standard for invoking the Emergencies Act “has not been met”. The media will be dissecting whether this step was overreach for weeks to come. Those with a liberal heart know it is overreach now. If you support Trudeau’s action, you might as well support setting up a Chinese-style social credit system.
The battle lines are being redrawn. We are no longer engaged in a fight against a virus, but a fight for liberal values and against despotism.

North Korea’s nuclear test site has been struck by a series of small, natural earthquakes, South Korea has said.
Seoul said it highlights the area’s geological instability as Pyongyang hinted it could resume testing for the first time since 2017.
At least four earthquakes were monitored in the region in the past five days, according to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) in Seoul.
The latest was a 2.5 magnitude quake on Tuesday morning, which was centred around 36km (22 miles) from the Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site. A pair of 2.3 magnitude earthquakes were reported in the area on Monday and another 3.1 magnitude quake was observed on Friday.

Whoopi Goldberg returned to The View after a two-week suspension for remarks about the Holocaust, expressing surprise at some people who had reached out to her during her absence.
Goldberg had been criticised for comments on January 31 on the daytime talk show where she said the Holocaust was not about race, but rather about man’s inhumanity to others.

The Minsk agreements – named about the capital of Belarus where they were signed in 2014 and 2015 – attempt to secure a ceasefire between the Ukrainian government and Russia-backed separatists in the east of Ukraine.
They also set out a roadmap for elections in the occupied regions on Luhansk and Donetsk and a plan to reintegrate the territory into the rest of Ukraine.
However, interpretation of the agreements by Kyiv and Moscow are fundamentally different.

MP Tom Tugendhat slammed the UK Government for its lack of constructive action over the disaster unfolding between Russia and Ukraine. The chair of the Commons Foreign Affairs Committee took to Twitter today to outline Russia’s alleged plot to invade Ukraine and how the country manages to pull off its various operations – including comparing the superpower to Nazi Germany.
He said: “It all started with a conspiracy. A false flag operation designed to mislead and trigger a war.
“But the truth was clear – a mafia-like organisation had taken control of a once-great nation and provoked war in the narrow interest of its new elite.”
Mr Tugendhat is referring to the Gleiwitz Incident, which was a false flag attack performed by Nazi Germany in 1939 to justify the invasion of Poland.

The recall will test the strength of a movement that has gained momentum in far less liberal parts of the country but that has not yet been put to the test anywhere as deeply blue as San Francisco.
It also comes at a time when temperatures on education are running high nationwide, with tensions that simmered during months of school closures boiling over on issues from mask mandates to curricula.

Paris last Thursday became the first city in the world to ban a “freedom convoy” threatening to bring road chaos as it protests against coronavirus restrictions.
Hundreds of motorists inspired by a similar demonstration in Canada are on their way to France’s capital from the southern city of Nice.
But on Thursday the Paris police prefecture issued a statement saying those involved in the “undeclared mobilisation” risk losing their liberty.
Anybody caught taking part in the freedom convoy risks two years in prison and fines equivalent to some £4,000, the statement says.

The RAF announced the military partnership today saying “the strategic bombers, support equipment, and personnel from the 69th Bomber Squadron have arrived at RAF Fairford after a transatlantic flight from Minot Air Force Base, N.D, in the latest iteration of the regular Bomber Task Force Missions”.
In a statement released this morning, Air Vice-Marshal Robinson said: “The RAF has a long, proud history of working alongside the United States Air Force that continues to see shared training, exchange tours and close operational partnerships to this day.

Comment So in other words the RAF is an extension of the United States Air Force. Clearly these two countries ruling elites have joint interests in Ukraine and want to drag all of Europe, of which they are no part, into a growing energy crisis. This will either be followed by a coup against Vladimir Putin’s government and a puppet regime as corrupt as the rest of the west.
This assumes no action on China’s part because they know what is coming next and the NUKUS alliance wants them out of Africa. NUKUS prefers Africa to ship its surplus population into working class areas of Europe and the U.K with severe lectures to native opponents and punishments for racism if they object. Boris Johnson has issued a warning to Russia that NATO member states will “draw lines in the snow” over the Ukraine crisis.
The prime minister will fly to Belgium and Poland today as part of diplomatic efforts in the face of Russia’s build-up of thousands of troops on the border with its neighbour.
In Brussels, Mr Johnson will meet with NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg to discuss his recent offer to double the number of British troops on Europe’s borders with Russia, as well as deploy more UK jets and ships to the region.

Vladimir Putin‘s superyacht has been spotted sailing towards Russia after ‘fleeing’ from a shipyard in Germany, sparking speculation that it was trying to avoid being impounded by tough sanctions that would be imposed if Moscow invaded Ukraine.
The Russian President’s yacht set sail from the Blohm+Voss shipyard in Hamburg on Monday and had arrived in the Russian enclave Kaliningrad by midday on Wednesday, according to the ship tracking website Marine Traffic.

‘The worst of Joe Biden will be over’: McConnell pitches voters on GOP Senate

What are voters going to get, beginning next year, if they elect a new Republican majority in the Senate this November?
“The first thing they’re going to get is, the worst of [President] Joe Biden will be over,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell declared in an interview this week with the Washington Examiner. “Progressive movement will be stopped.”
“I don’t think it means no progress is made with the country,” the Kentucky Republican added. “It means look for things in the center you can agree on and do those.”
The Republicans control 50 Senate seats, putting them one seat shy of the majority amid a favorable political environment that McConnell is confident will not shift much, if at all, in the nine months leading up to Election Day. Indeed, “favorable” might be inadequate to describe how good political conditions are for Republicans. Biden’s job approval rating has sunk to just under 40%, and the GOP leads generic congressional ballot polling by 4 percentage points.
